Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

4. Delivery Times

5. Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email containing a tracking number (if tracking is available for your shipping method).
You can track your order via the carrier’s website or your Shopify account page.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs authority.

7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused at point of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, we will:

9. Pre-Orders and Backorders

If an item is on pre-order or temporarily out of stock, estimated shipping times will be clearly stated on the product page.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together once all items are available unless otherwise arranged.
