REFUND POLICY

1. Our Promise

 

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from YoginSpirits.com.
If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for orders placed through our Shopify store.

2. Eligibility for Returns

 

You may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.


To be eligible, items must be:

  • In their original packaging and condition

  • Unused and undamaged

  • Returned with proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt)

Non-returnable items

 

We cannot accept returns on:

​

  • Perishable or consumable goods (e.g., food, beverages, or supplements)

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

  • Customised or personalised products

 

If an item is non-returnable, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

3. How to Start a Return

 

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at returns@yoginspirits.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

  3. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return address.

 

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we may not be able to process them correctly.

4. Return Shipping

​

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage.

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

If your item arrived faulty or damaged, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email to confirm:

  • That we’ve received your item, and

  • Whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

​

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

6. Exchanges

 

If you wish to exchange an item for an alternative item, please let us know when you contact us.

Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item in acceptable condition.

If the desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

7. Damaged or Faulty Items

 

We take great care in packaging and inspecting all products before dispatch.


However, if you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Please contact us at hello@yoginspirits.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage.

 

We’ll offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund as appropriate — including any shipping costs incurred.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

 

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

​

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider — it may take additional time before your refund is posted.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@yoginspirits.com.

9. Gifts and Promotional Items

 

If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once it’s received.

  • If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we’ll issue the refund to the original purchaser.

​

Items received as part of a promotional bundle must be returned together for a full refund.

​

10. Your Consumer Rights

 

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law.
You are entitled to a full refund for faulty or misdescribed goods, and you may cancel most online orders within 14 daysof receiving them under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
